For the last 15 years I have been highly active in real estate investment sales. The start of my career began doing loan workouts in the mid 1990’s where I gained invaluable experience in finance and investment analysis. This starting point provided me with my foundation of solid real estate fundamentals, and in 2001 I obtained my real estate brokers license. Here at KW Commercial - Rancho Cucamonga, CA the services I provide to my clients range from investment sales of multifamily, retail, office industrial properties, and also include land sales. Other services I provided are listing commercial properties for sale, providing investment analysis, buyer representation, tenant representation, and working along side real estate developers and property managers.
Throughout my career I have been actively involved in commercial real estate, as well as, real estate development which allows me to provide a broad knowledge base, and diverse skill set, so that I can best serve my clientele. I am very dedicated to the real estate industry and attribute my success to my work ethic, an unwavering need for fair dealings, coupled with my industry experience that I bring to every transaction and project.
I have received my Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of California San Diego and my Masters of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. I have had the honor of being an Adjunct Professor at Cal Poly Pomona, in the Department of Finance, Real Estate and Law (FRL Department). I also serve on the Board of Directors for the California Association of Realtors® (C.A.R.), and on the Board of Directors for the Citrus Valley Association of Realtors® (CVAR). Additionally, I am a member of the California and National Association of Realtors. The Chair for the Citrus Valley Association of Realtors® Commercial/Investment Committee and the Chair of the Association’s Scholarship Committee, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Apartment Association of Greater Inland Empire (AAGIE), and a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
